PurrReset, based in Texas, United States, operates PurrReset and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact support@purrreset.com with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address, cat name, assessment answers, plan progress, purchase and access status, reminder preferences, time zone, campaign tags in the landing-page URL, and limited technical and funnel events. We use them to personalize and deliver the 14-night educational plan, secure paid access, provide requested reminders, support customers, prevent abuse, attribute advertising, and understand whether the product works.

Service providers and payments

Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate PurrReset. Stripe processes checkout, payment, fraud, tax, and payout information under its own privacy terms; PurrReset does not store your complete card number. Our email provider receives the address and message data needed to send reminders you request.

Optional advertising measurement

Meta measurement remains off until you choose Accept. If you accept, Meta may receive page and funnel events, including a verified Purchase. Purchase matching can include one-way hashes of your email and internal customer ID plus available Meta browser identifiers. Browser and server events use the same Stripe session ID for deduplication. You can reopen Privacy choices and decline future measurement at any time.

Retention and your choices

We ordinarily retain account, assessment, progress, and operational records for up to 365 days, except where a longer period is reasonably needed for tax, fraud, disputes, or legal obligations. Email support@purrreset.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link. Applicable local rights may provide additional choices.

Safety, children, and changes

Assessment information supports general cat-behavior education, not veterinary diagnosis. PurrReset is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards but no online system is risk-free. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
