Terms of purchase and use

These terms govern PurrReset, provided by PurrReset in Texas, United States. By purchasing or using PurrReset, you agree to them. Questions can be sent to support@purrreset.com.

The offer

PurrReset is a one-time $49 purchase for personal access to a personalized 14-night cat-routine education plan. It is not a subscription or free trial. Stripe displays and processes the final checkout amount, taxes, and available payment methods before you pay.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@purrreset.com from the purchase email address. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Educational scope and safety

PurrReset provides general, reward-based cat behavior education. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional, and it does not guarantee a particular outcome. Sudden behavior changes, pain, appetite or litter changes, severe fear, aggression, bite history, or self-injury require professional attention.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the plan. Do not resell, scrape, copy for commercial redistribution, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the plan to punish, deprive, frighten, or endanger an animal.

Availability and responsibility

We may make reasonable product and security changes and may suspend access needed to prevent abuse or protect the service. To the extent allowed by law, PurrReset is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated here, and PurrReset is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Texas, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue.
